I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience! Situated in a nice central area, the location couldn't be better for exploring. The rooms were impeccably clean, which and enjoyable. What truly set this hotel apart was the fabulous staff. They were welcoming and had a great sense of humor, making me feel right at home. A special shoutout to Raelene – she is an absolute legend! Her friendliness and assistance made my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Unfortunately, I fell ill whilst here for reasons that were NOT the hotels fault. I had to keep booking extra days on the days that I needed them. The ladies at reception were so kind to shuffle things around for me so that I would not have to change rooms. I'm grateful that I was sick here rather than somewhere else, as the bed in this place is super comfy. I slept away most of my stay here. The price of the room was so good as well. The next place I stayed was no where near as good and was $35 per night extra. If you want a good rest, stay here. But please, don't become ill

Rooms are nice and location is spot on and exactly where you want to be for restaurants and Main Street. Homemade cookies at reception is a really nice touch and their coffee is great! There’s also free parking onsite.

Both in wheelchairs and everything was absolutely 💯 on point. Room was totally accessible, enough room for both wheelchairs, bathroom had a roll in shower and a vanity with a mirror at a good height. Wardrobe was accessible with enough room for both our clothes. Plenty of power points for wheelchairs charger and phone chargers. The staff were all amazing, whatever job they were doing. Always courteous, friendly, and super helpful.

Perfectly positioned five mins walk to the CBD, right in the heart of Palmer street, food drink and entertainment all conveniently nearby. Easy access to the airport. Rooms basic but well cared for. Great for business trips

I've stayed for a month and they have been very accomodating. The food is great (Lunch/Dinner menu is much better) and it was a massive portion so it's worth the price. The location is close to all the shop, chemist, and 15 min walk to the strand. I found the location as quiet so it's nice to rest into. They now have a free laundry and they provide detergent. On the weekend, there is room service that knocked on the door to make sure that you have all your supplies needed.

We have just had a 3 day stay at the Palmer Collective. Our room was clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and meals in the Restaurant were tasty. Coffee was excellent! Would not hesitate to stay there again and would also recommend to others.

We have just stayed here for a football event we attended. Upon our arrival, the staff were extremely accommodating with disability parking and ensuring a space would be available upon our return from the football. The rooms were lovely and clean and were able to have interconnecting rooms for our stay. The location was fantastic for eateries and close proxitimity to the stadium. Complimentary water along with tea, coffee and milk were added bonuses. Would highly recommend and we look forward to coming back in the future. Thanks kindly.

Comfortable stay at Palmer Collective. In the heart of Palmer st makes for easy meal choices. Friendly and helpful staff, with well priced rooms. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Was quiet too. Ill definitely stay here again

After staying at over 30 different hotels in last few months from Melbourne to Cairns this hotel beats the lot. The rooms and hotel in general is exceptionally clean and modern. The staff were extremely professional and very helpful in our situation, went above and beyond to help with our needs. Very good to see options for disabled needs which some other hotels lack. Would highly recommend to friends family and anyone who is after a lovely stay. Perfect all round thanks!!
